Dev Samaj Mahotsav has started at Dev Samaj Head Office, Sector 36 B, Chandigarh. The celebrations began with a Pravesh Sabha and a rendition of soulful Bhajans by the Dev Samaj College students. The Mahotsav marks the 174th Birth Anniversary of the founder of Dev Samaj, the revered Bhagwan Dev Atma. The faculty, staff, and students of Dev Samaj Institutions, along with the followers of Dev Samaj from all over the country, are participating in the grand event. Shriman Nirmal Singh Ji Dhillon, Chairman, Dev Samaj, said, ” During the celebration,s daily discourses on social ethics and cultural values as laid down in Dev Samaj teachings would be held.”
Dr.(Mrs.) Agnese Dhillon, Secretary, Dev Samaj and College Management, said, “A Mega Blood Donation camp by The Dev Samaj institutions in association with PGIMER Chandigarh and SUKH Foundation would also be organised during the Mahotsav.” The Mahotsava shall conclude on December 17, 2024, with Bhajans, prayers, and a pledge to follow the ideals and principles of Dev Samaj.
देव समाज महोत्सव का शुभारंभ देव समाज मुख्यालय, सैक्टर 36 में हुआ । इस महोत्सव की शुरुआत प्रवेश सभा और देव समाज कॉलेजों के छात्रों द्वारा प्रस्तुत भावपूर्ण भजनों के साथ हुई। यह महोत्सव देव समाज के संस्थापक, श्रद्धेय भगवान देव आत्मा की 174 वीं जयंती को समर्पित है। इस भव्य आयोजन में देव समाज संस्थानों के शिक्षक, कर्मचारी और छात्र, साथ ही देशभर से आए देव समाज के अनुयायी भाग ले रहे हैं। देव समाज के चेयरमैन निर्मल सिंह ढिल्लों ने कहा कि महोत्सव के दौरान, देव समाज की शिक्षाओं में वर्णित सामाजिक नैतिकता और सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों पर दैनिक प्रवचन आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
डॉ. एग्नेस ढिल्लों, सैक्रेटरी, देव समाज और कॉलेज मैनेजमेंट ने कहा कि महोत्सव के दौरान पीजीआई और सुख फाऊंडेशन के सहयोग से देव समाज संस्थानों द्वारा एक विशाल रक्तदान शिविर भी आयोजित किया जाएगा। यह महोत्सव 17 दिसंबर को भजनों, प्रार्थनाओं और देव समाज के आदर्शों व सिद्धांतों का पालन करने की शपथ देव समाज के चेयरमैन निर्मल के साथ संपन्न होगा।
